To qualify for a refund, please adhere to the following procedure:
1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving the item via email at info@socotraoud.com. Ensure to include your order reference number (as displayed on the original delivery note) and a brief explanation for the return. If you seek an exchange, kindly mention it in the email.
2. Items returned without prior notice may lead to partial or complete refusal of a refund.
3. Once we confirm your return request and authorize the return, ensure all items are in their original packaging with intact seals and cellophane.
Please securely repackage the parcel to prevent damage during transit. We recommend retaining proof of postage for returned items, as Socotra Oud cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Note that returned items do not qualify for a Freepost label. Additionally, Socotra Oud reserves the right to refuse a refund if an item was ordered in error. A full refund may not be issued unless items are returned to us in a resalable condition.
